On the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-RÎȘCANI"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-RÎȘCANI" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6333 on August 25, 2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on September 04, 2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 6564),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1), Art. 22 para. (3) and Art. 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-RÎȘCANI" (IDNO 1003602009760, MD-5601, Rîșcani town, Independenței str. 3) in the amount of 748,800 MDL, in the number of 74,880 ordinary registered shares, from non-monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 26,752,360 MDL, divided into 2,675,236 Class I ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14UMRD1003.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
