Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of JSC "DRUMURI-RÎȘCANI"
The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Moldova issued Decision No. 45/6 on September 16, 2025, to register the additional share issuance of JSC "DRUMURI-RÎȘCANI" in the Register of Issuers of Securities. This registration formalizes the increase of the company's social capital to 26,752,360 MDL, divided into 2,675,236 Class I ordinary shares, following the submission of required documentation in August and September 2025. The decision is effective immediately upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days.
