Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO NR.26" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 8607 on 28.11.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 03.12.2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 8719),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO NR.26" (IDNO 1005603005774, MD-7301, Cantemir town, B. Glavan str. 16) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 236,360 MDL, in the number of 5,909 ordinary nominative shares, from the funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 MDL, divided into 15,000 ordinary nominative shares of Class I, with a nominal value of one share of 40 MDL and with the identification number MD14ANSP1001.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
