Decision on the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO NR.26
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 59/3 on December 9, 2025, to register securities of JSC BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO NR.26 in the Securities Issuers Register. The decision approves the issuance of 5,909 ordinary nominative shares worth 236,360 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 600,000 MDL divided into 15,000 Class I shares. The decision entered into force upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website.
