On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP SA

Following the examination of the application of DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 1360 on 02.03.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 13.03.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 1693),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint-Stock Company "DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" (IDNO 1002600020908, MD-2068, Chisinau, 15/7 Moscova Blvd.) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 78,300,000 MDL, in the number of 2,900,000 registered ordinary shares, from the funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 128,994,255 MDL, divided into 4,777,565 Class I registered ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share of 27 MDL and with the identification number MD14DORG1009.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
