Decision on the Registration of Securities Issued by DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP SA in the Securities Issuers Register
The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Moldova has issued Decision No. 14/2 to register additional ordinary shares issued by DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP SA in the Securities Issuers Register. This registration increases the company's share capital to 128,994,255 MDL, resulting in a total of 4,777,565 Class I ordinary shares. The decision became effective upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website.
