REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION June 16, 2026 No. 29/6 On the registration in the Issuers Register of Securities of securities according to the report on the results of the third issuance of bonds, of class XIII, within the framework of the Offering Program (IV), issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Following the examination of the application of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 4550 on 05.06.2026) regarding the registration in the Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issuance, as well as the documents related to it, under the authority of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities according to the report on the results of the third issuance of bonds, within the framework of Offering Program (IV), of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau, 31 August 1989 St., No. 127), in the amount of 172,880,000 lei, in the number of 8,644 Class XIII bearer bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, linked to the average weighted interest rate on new deposits attracted in total for the banking sector (in national currency), with a term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offering period (11.05.2026) and which is modified annually on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1.25%, being paid monthly, with the ISIN code MD1004000250.
2. Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each date of annual modification of the interest rate, according to the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, specifying the concrete annual interest rate, modified according to point 1.
3. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
