Decision on the Registration of Securities of Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Issuers Register
The National Financial Commission (CNPF) of Moldova issued Decision No. 29/6 on June 16, 2026, to register the third issuance of Class XIII bonds by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Issuers Register. The decision mandates the registration of 8,644 bearer bonds with a total nominal value of 172,880,000 MDL, featuring a floating interest rate linked to the National Bank of Moldova's average deposit rates plus a 1.25% margin. The Bank is further required to publicly disclose the modified annual interest rate each year in accordance with the prospectus provisions.
