Decree No. 156/2020/ND-CP on Administrative Penalties in Securities and Securities Market
On December 31, 2020, the Prime Minister signed and promulgated Decree No. 156/2020/ND-CP of the Government. This Decree stipulates administrative penalties for violations in the field of securities and the securities market. The regulations came into effect on January 1, 2021.
