Decree of NBS No 4/2011 amending reporting decrees for banks and investment firms
Národná banka Slovenska issued Decree No 4/2011 to amend Decree No. 6/2009 regarding supervisory and statistical reporting obligations for banks and investment firms. The decree modifies specific articles and annexes, including the deletion of Article 4 and the substitution of Annexes 7 and 9 with new versions to update reporting methodologies.
