DOS Circular Letter No. 15: Regarding Opening of Scheduled Bank Branches in Customs Station Areas on 24 September 2015 for Uninterrupted Export-Import Services
The Department of Off-Site Supervision advises all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to open their branches associated with the Dhaka, Chittagong, Benapole, ICD, and Kamalpur customs stations on Thursday, 24 September 2015, to support uninterrupted import-export activities for the ready-made garment industry. Additionally, banks are advised to provide reasonable allowances to officers and staff who report for duty on this date, which is a government holiday.
