Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 51-105 respecting Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets
The regulator amends Regulation 51-105 to replace references to the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) with the new System Replacement framework across sections 5, 7, and 8. Form 51-105F3A is also updated to substitute the term SEDAR with the phrase Renewed System. These changes align the regulatory text with the transition to the new system and become effective on the designated date of coming into force.
REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 51-105 RESPECTING ISSUERS QUOTED IN THE U.S. OVER-THE-COUNTER MARKETS Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (1), (2) and (34))
- Regulation 51-105 respecting Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (chapter V-1.1, r. 24.1) is amended by replacing, wherever they appear in sections 5, 7 and 8, “Regulation 13-101 respecting System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) (chapter V-1.1, r. 2)” with “Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement (insert reference)”.
- Form 51-105F3A of the Regulation is amended by replacing the words “System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)” with the words “[Renewed System]”.
- This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation).
