Subject: Draft Regulations on Business Types Approved by the Competent Authority under Paragraph 3, Item 3 and Paragraph 3, Item 4 of Article 3 and Article 4 of the Securities Investment Trust and Advisory Act.

Basis: Article 154, Paragraph 1 of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Announcement Items:

1. Enacting Authority: Financial Supervisory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the FSC).

2. Legal Basis: Paragraph 3, Item 3 and Paragraph 3, Item 4 of Article 3 and Article 4 of the Securities Investment Trust and Advisory Act.

3. Explanation of Enactment: To assist in providing administrative services related to the outsourcing of advisory or operational services for domestic institutional funds, this regulation clarifies the service items that securities investment trust enterprises and securities investment advisory enterprises may provide upon commission by foreign asset management institutions, and establishes the application process, documents to be attached, and periodic reporting procedures.

4. The draft "Regulations on Business Types Approved by the Competent Authority under Paragraph 3, Item 3 and Paragraph 3, Item 4 of Article 3 and Article 4 of the Securities Investment Trust and Advisory Act" is attached.
