Electronic Delivery of Circulars/Guidelines to Authorized Institutions

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority formally adopted an electronic delivery system for circulars and guidelines to authorized institutions effective 15 August 2000. This change discontinues the previous practice of sending such documents by post. Authorized institutions with technical or other enquiries are directed to contact the designated helpdesk or Mr Angus Chan.

In this connection, the practice of sending circulars and guidelines to authorized institutions by post will be discontinued as from this date. If you have any enquiries about this arrangement, please contact our helpdesk at 2878-1800 (on technical matters relating to the Electronic Delivery program) or Mr Angus Chan at 2878- 1287 (on other matters).
