Dear Sirs,
Remittances on account of visa processing fees through ICC/Virtual Card Please refer to FE Circular No 11, dated July 14, 2011 in terms of which ICC/Virtual Cards may be used for online payment of fees as per stipulation of paragraph 9, chapter 11 of Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions (GFET), Vol-1. It has been decided that online payment of visa processing fees through ICC as per requirement of concerned Embassies/High commissions may be effected within the purview of the above mentioned circular. ICC issuing banks may also issue Virtual Cards for individuals not holding ICCs to facilitate the online payment of visa processing fees.
