Financial Institutions (Resolution) Ordinance - commencement
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued this circular to announce the commencement of the Financial Institutions (Resolution) Ordinance. The directive applies to all authorized institutions and establishes the regulatory framework for the resolution of financial institutions.
