HAVING SEEN:

The file No. 2026021557 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 838-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Directorate of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until June 2, 2026, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market for the registration of the mutual fund program named "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Capital" and the mutual fund named "IF I Capital FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company complies with what is established in: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C, 73 and 74 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF as developed in Report No. 838-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is provided by article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual fund program named "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Capital" and the mutual fund named "IF I Capital FMIV", its simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1st of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of shares of the mutual funds for investment in securities nor gives a favorable opinion on their profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv ).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
