General Directorate of Entity Supervision Resolution No. 097-2026-SMV/10.2
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores orders the registration of the mutual fund program "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Capital" and the mutual fund "IF I Capital FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos is required to submit the updated simplified prospectus and participation regulation annex, including the effective date, within ten business days of notification. The resolution also mandates the publication of the decision on the SMV's Market Portal and its transmission to the custodian, Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank.
