HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026016481 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 699-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision of the Superintendence of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Superintendent Resolution of Entity Supervision No. 141-2021-SMV/10.2 of December 23, 2021, the registration of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 9 – Fondo de Inversión" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations;

That, in accordance with what is established by article 45 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrators, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, an administrator company may request the Superintendence of the Securities Market to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration;

That, through writings submitted by May 4, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 9 – Fondo de Inversión" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the duration of the fund;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in articles 44 and 46 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrators; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 699-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established by article 1, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38, numeral 6) of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 9 – Fondo de Inversión", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit to the Superintendence of the Securities Market the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
