The Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV) orders the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 9 – Fondo de Inversión" investment fund, specifically regarding its duration. Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit the updated participation regulations to the SMV within fifteen (15) business days of notification and disseminate the modifications to investors within fifteen (15) calendar days of notification via the means established in the fund's regulations.
