Fund Management Company; WHEREAS: That, the mutual fund of investment in securities called “Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 2 FMIV”, was registered by file N° 2025049459 on November 10, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program called “Global Investment”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual fund of investment in securities called “Credicorp Capital 6M American Treasury 1 FMIV”, was registered by file N° 2025030297 on July 10, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program called “American Treasury Dollars”, in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration period as established in literal c)1; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term is appropriate; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual funds of investment in securities called “Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 2 FMIV” and “Credicorp Capital 6M American Treasury 1 FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish.
