General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 100-2026-SMV
This resolution orders the exclusion of two mutual funds, "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 2 FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 6M American Treasury 1 FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This action is taken due to the expiration of the funds' duration period, in accordance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies. The resolution is to be disseminated on the SMV's Securities Market Portal and transcribed to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company and Banco de Crédito del Perú as custodian.
