HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026019927 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 952-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted until June 22, 2026, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and the corresponding annex of the participation regulation of the “Fondo Sura Deuda Soberana Distributiva Soles FMIV” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the proposed modifications mainly comprise the change of the Fund's denomination, the modification of its objective and investment policy, the performance comparison indicator, commissions and expenses of the fund, other particular aspects of the fund, among others.

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 952-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, paragraphs 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Fondo Sura Deuda Soberana

Distributiva Soles FMIV” which, from its entry into force, will be named “Fondo SURA Deuda Distributiva FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and the Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund referred to in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on July 14, 2026.

Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. in its capacity as custodian.
