General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 104-2026-SMV/10.2
The Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) issued Resolution No. 104-2026-SMV/10.2 to approve the registration of modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the "Fondo Sura Deuda Soberana Distributiva Soles FMIV" mutual fund. Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Fondo Sura Deuda Soberana Distributiva Soles FMIV” which, from its entry into force, will be named “Fondo SURA Deuda Distributiva FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
