General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 104-2026-SMV/10.2
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores approves the registration of modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Participation Regulation Annex for the mutual investment fund formerly known as “Fondo Sura Deuda Soberana Distributiva Soles FMIV,” which will be renamed “Fondo SURA Deuda Distributiva FMIV.” These changes, which include updates to the fund’s name, investment objective and policy, performance benchmark, and fees, become effective on July 14, 2026. The resolution mandates the publication of the decision on the SMV’s Market Portal and directs its transcription to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. as custodian.
