Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING: That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 38 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025028590 on July 1, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds IF Funds of Funds Global Performance FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo De Fondos IF 39 Rendimiento Global 324 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025031295 on July 15, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds IF Funds of Funds Global Performance FMIV", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the duration term of the fund as established in literal c) 1; That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish.
