General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 126-2026-SMV/10.2
The Superintendency of the Securities Market orders the exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market of two mutual funds: "Fondo de Fondos IF 38 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" and "Fondo De Fondos IF 39 Rendimiento Global 324 FMIV". This exclusion is mandated due to the expiration of the duration terms established in their simplified prospectuses, in accordance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Mutual Funds Regulations. The resolution requires the publication of this decision on the Securities Market Portal and its transcription to the fund administrator, Interfondos S.A., and the custodian, Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A.
