The Superintendent of the Securities Market of the Dominican Republic orders the exclusion of the Closed-End Investment Fund Renta Inmobiliaria Pesos Popular (Registry No. SIVFIC-052) from the Securities Market Registry due to the fund's failure to fully comply with its internal regulations during the operational phase. This exclusion follows the completion of the fund's liquidation process, including the distribution of net assets to contributors and verification by external auditors. The decision is based on Article 116 of Law No. 249-17 and Article 115 of the Regulations on Administrator Companies and Investment Funds, which establish non-compliance as a cause for mandatory liquidation. The Registry Department is instructed to issue a certified copy of the resolution, and the Legal Department is directed to publish it on the Superintendence's website.
