Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2026041658 submitted by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and Report No. 1701-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 062-2020-SMV/10.2 of 31 August 2020, the registration of the investment fund named “Coril Renta Prime Soles 2 - Fondo de Inversión”, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulations, was ordered under the General Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with article 120, literal c) of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and articles 20 and 21 of the Regulation for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Stock Exchange, approved by SMV Resolution No. 031-2012-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified. Consequently, it is appropriate to exclude the investment fund by decision of the General Meeting of Participants, as set forth in Report No. 1701-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the investment fund named “Coril Renta Prime Soles 2 - Fondo de Inversión” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv )
