Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 1380-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING: That, through writings submitted until September 3, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendency to register modifications to the annex of the participation regulations and simplified prospectus of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Conservador Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the modifications subject of the request refer to the creation of a new series and clarifications in the allocation of the share value, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator complies with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1380-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modification of the annex of the participation regulations and simplified prospectus of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Conservador
