General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 132-2026-SMV/10.2
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores approves the registration of modifications to the annex of the participation regulations and simplified prospectus for the "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Conservador Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV" mutual fund. These changes involve the creation of a new series and clarifications regarding net asset value allocation. The modifications enter into force on September 21, 2026, and the resolution is distributed to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and Banco de Crédito del Perú as custodian.
