Issuance of Amended Venezuela-related General Licenses and Associated Frequently Asked Questions

Venezuela-related General License 46D authorizes certain activities involving Venezuelan-origin oil or petrochemical products, and General License 47B authorizes the sale of U.S.-origin diluents to Venezuela. General Licenses 48C, 50C, 51C, 52B, 54B, and 61A authorize the supply of certain items and services to Venezuela, transactions related to oil or gas sector operations, activities involving Venezuelan-origin minerals including gold, transactions involving Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., and telecommunications-related supplies. FAQs 1267 and 1268 are new, FAQs 1233 and 1244 are amended, and FAQ 1260 is archived.
