Issuance of Venezuela-related General Licenses and Associated Frequently Asked Question
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued Venezuela General License 61 to authorize the supply of certain items and services to Venezuela related to telecommunications. OFAC also issued Venezuela General License 62 to authorize negotiations of and entry into contingent contracts for investment in the telecommunications sector of Venezuela. Additionally, OFAC issued one new Venezuela-related Frequently Asked Question, FAQ 1266.
