Joint Resolution No. 7 amends Joint Resolution No. 1 of May 4, 2020, effective upon publication. Data receiving and payment transaction initiating institutions must obtain specific, active client consent for data access, ensuring validity periods align with purposes. Altering consent conditions requires informing the client and obtaining agreement, exempting institutions from authentication procedures. Successive payment transactions require consent specifying frequency and term, with each new transaction needing separate consent unless covered by the successive agreement.
