idfpr.illinois.gov May 2026 Enforcement Actions SPRINGFIELD, IL - The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) announced that Director of Banking, Susana Soriano, Director of Financial Institutions, Francisco Menchaca, Director of Professional Regulation, Camile Lindsay, and Director of Real Estate, Laurie Murphy signed the following enforcement actions. UNLICENSED J Imports Inc., Lindenhurst, unlicensed - ordered to cease and desist the unlicensed practice of wholesale drug distribution in the State of Illinois. Lizbeth Sanchez, Round Lake, unlicensed - a fine of $250 is assessed for the unlicensed practice of dentistry. Between February 2017 and December 2022, Respondent was employed at Bull Valley Dentistry located at 601 Ridgeview Dr., McHenry, IL 60050. On November 14, 2022, Respondent ordered ten (10) prescription strength teeth whitening kits using the dental hygienist license of another Bull Valley Dentistry employee. Thereafter, Respondent performed ten (10) teeth whitening services on patients using the prescription teeth whitening kits, which Respondent admitted to the City of McHenry Police Department. Respondent was not operating under any dental licenses when she performed teeth-whitening services.
