NOTICE NO. 12/GBM/2005 SUBJECT: MARKET OPERATIONS SYSTEM

Given the need to adapt the Regulation of the Market Operations System to the new operations introduced in the Interbank Money Market, the Bank of Mozambique, using the powers conferred upon it by paragraph 1 of Article 21 of Law No. 1/92 - Organic Law of the Bank – of January 3, determines:

1. Annex 2 of the Regulation of the Market Operations System, approved by Notice No. 03/GGBM/2003, of August 11, is amended, and the provisions contained in the annex to this Notice shall now come into force.

2. This Notice shall enter into force 20 days after the date of its signature.

3. Any doubts arising in the interpretation and application of this Notice shall be submitted to the Markets Department of the Bank of Mozambique.
