CIRCULAR NO. 2/82, OF MAY 31 - SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING THE TASKS OF THE CENTRAL STATE PLAN IN THE BANKING SECTOR
This circular establishes a system for controlling the execution of tasks of the central state plan within the People's Development Bank, aligning with the "Methodology for controlling the Central State Plan" (Law 6/81). It mandates the preparation of quarterly analytical control reports on Supply, Investment, Construction, Workforce, Training, and specific banking tasks, to be submitted to designated administrations of the Bank of Mozambique by the 12th day after each quarter. These reports must detail deviations, causes of non-compliance, and corrective measures, and all information provided is classified as RESTRICTED under Article 5 of Law 12/79 (State Secrecy Law).
