IBERPLASTIC, S.A. de C.V. announces the commencement of a public offering of digital debt assets for the first tranche of its "IBER1" issuance, opening on July 27th, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time of El Salvador. This offering, authorized by the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador under registration AD-00253, involves up to 20,000 Debt Tokens at a unit value of US$100.00, totaling up to US$2,000,000.00 for this first tranche. The full issuance will comprise up to 40,000 Debt Tokens, each valued at US$100.00. Through this means, the society IBERPLASTIC, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which can be abbreviated IBERPLASTIC, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter the "Issuer"), hereby informs you that on July 27th of 2026, at 12:00 PM (local time of El Salvador, GMT-6), the public offering (the "Offering") of digital debt assets for the first tranche of this "IBER1" issuance will be opened. The Offering has been duly authorized by the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador under registration number AD-00253.
At all times, the offering, receipt and acceptance of subscriptions will be carried out exclusively in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Relevant Information Document and the relevant information of the Offer applicable to the issue, including eligibility rules, limits, allocation procedures and any verification requirements.

The issuance of the digital debt assets will comprise a total of up to 40,000 Debt Tokens with a unit value of US$100, which will be offered and available for acquisition according to the opening of different placement tranches.
The opening of the First Tranche, identified with the quotation label "IBER1", will comprise an amount of up to TWO MILLION DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$2,000,000.00), represented by up to TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) Debt Tokens, with a unit value of ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100.00) each one, which will be offered and available for purchase by the general public within the corresponding offer period.
