This offering, authorized by the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador under registration AD-00253, involves up to 20,000 Debt Tokens at a unit value of US$100.00, totaling up to US$2,000,000.00 for this first tranche. The full issuance will comprise up to 40,000 Debt Tokens, each valued at US$100.00.
