Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution "On Approving Technical Requirements for the Construction of Cash Networks in Bank and Branch Buildings"

[Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 25, 2023, registration number 2816-2]

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments and additions shall be made to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 18/2 dated June 25, 2016 "On Approving Technical Requirements for the Construction of Cash Networks in Bank and Branch Buildings" (registration number 2816, July 26, 2016) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 30, Article 366) in accordance with the Appendix.

2. This Resolution is coordinated with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the National Guard.

3. This Resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 8/8 dated March 29, 2023

Amendments and additions being made to the Resolution "On Approving Technical Requirements for the Construction of Cash Networks in Bank and Branch Buildings"

1. The [Preamble](/docs/3010332?ONDATE=02.11.2016 00#3010360) of the Resolution shall be stated in the following wording:

"In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:".

2. In the [Technical Requirements](/docs/3010332?ONDATE=02.11.2016 00#3010370):

a) the [Preamble](/docs/3010332?ONDATE=02.11.2016 00#3010373) shall be stated in the following wording:

"These Technical Requirements establish the requirements for the construction of cash networks in buildings of banks and their branches.".

b) Item 451 of the following content shall be added:

"451. When accepting cash and valuables for storage by the collection service at bank branches (branches, bank service offices, bank service centers), the cash vault of the collection service must comply with the requirements for the cash vaults of banks specified in these Technical Requirements.".
