On Registration of Changes to the Rules of the Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Strategist Asset Management” Limited Liability Company, in a New Edition

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(‘ki’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Whereas on July 22, 2026 “Strategist Asset Management” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of the “Ashtarak II” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Strategist Asset Management” LLC, in a new edition; and Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 38, dated August 12, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Register the Rules of the “Ashtarak II” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Strategist Asset Management” LLC, in a new edition.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Strategist Asset Management” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Strategist Asset Management” LLC.
