On Registration of Changes to the Rules of the Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Strategist Asset Management” Limited Liability Company, in a New Edition
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia registers the Rules of the “Ashtarak II” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Strategist Asset Management” LLC, in a new edition. This resolution was enacted following an application from “Strategist Asset Management” LLC on July 22, 2026, and a conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The changes take effect upon acknowledgment of receipt by “Strategist Asset Management” LLC or the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of the company.
