On the approval of valuation acts for securities held by fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renastere" SA and "Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor" SA

On 28.01.2026, the fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renastere" SA and "Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor" SA submitted applications no. 11, no. 7 and no. 6 (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under nos. 505, 506 and 507), concerning the valuation acts of client assets held in fiduciary administration (approved at the liquidation commission meeting on 28.01.2026).

Thus, on the basis of Art. 1 para. (3) and para. (4) and Art. 1461 of Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market (Law no. 171/2012), Art. 8 lit. b), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, point 8 subpoint 2), point 25 and point 27 of the Regulation on the procedure for terminating the activity of investment fiduciary administration (CNPF Decision no. 40/4/2018), point 16 and point 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The valuation acts for securities held by fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renastere" SA and "Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor" SA are approved, according to Annexes no. 1 and no. 2.

2. The Moldova Stock Exchange is permitted not to reflect in open positions the list of securities exposed for sale as single packages, according to Annexes no. 1 and no. 2.

3. In the event of exercising the rights provided by Art. 1461 para. (3) of Law no. 171/2012, the president of the liquidation commissions of the fiduciary administrators "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, "Econ-Renastere" SA and "Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor" SA shall inform the CNPF within a period of up to 3 working days from the date of submission of the buyback or sale application.

4. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.), within 30 days from the date of notification.

5. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to recipients in accordance with the legislation and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
