The National Financial Commission of Moldova approved the valuation acts for securities held by fiduciary administrators CF BV Fiduciar Invest SA, CF Econ-Renastere SA, and Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor SA. The decision permits the Moldova Stock Exchange to exclude listed securities from open positions during auctions and mandates that liquidation committee presidents notify the Commission of any buyback or sale requests within three working days. This ruling enters into force upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days.
