On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Issued Previously by Certain Joint Stock Companies

Within the framework of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF), the request of the liquidator of the Joint Stock Company "VINAR-GLIA" (19.03.2025) and the request of the liquidator of the Joint Stock Company "BETACON" (25.03.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities were registered.

Based on the legal-material reports of the applicants, it is established that the administrative procedures involved are based on the same factual situation, the same legal basis, the same purpose, and are connected, which necessitates, on the basis of Article 44 paragraph (4) and Article 80 paragraph (1) of the Administrative Code, the connection and examination in a single administrative procedure.

Following the examination of the noted requests regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities, under the Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16 – 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The administrative procedures initiated at the request of the Joint Stock Company "VINAR-GLIA" and at the request of the Joint Stock Company "BETACON" are connected.

2. The securities previously issued by the following entities are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of liquidation:

   1. Joint Stock Company "VINAR-GLIA" (IDNO 1004605000776), amounting to 23,771 registered ordinary shares, with identification number MD14VGLI1001;
   2. Joint Stock Company "BETACON" (IDNO 1003611010980), amounting to 611,364 registered ordinary shares, with identification number MD14NOCA1000.

3. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to recipients in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
