On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Issued Previously by Certain Joint Stock Companies
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 19/5 on April 8, 2025, to consolidate and process administrative requests for the removal of securities from the Register of Issuers. The Commission ordered the deletion of ordinary shares from the registers of VINAR-GLIA and BETACON joint stock companies following their liquidation procedures. This decision is based on the legal connection between the two requests and is effective immediately upon adoption.
