On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Issued Previously by Certain Joint Stock Companies

Following the examination of information from the Public Services Agency (14.07.2025) regarding joint stock companies deregistered from the State Register of Legal Persons, on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m) and Article 20 paragraph (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities issued previously by the joint stock companies listed in the annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities, following their deregistration from the State Register of Legal Persons.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
