On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies

Within the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF), the application of the Joint-Stock Company for the production, collection, processing and servicing of agricultural production "COMPANIA BUGEAC" (No. 222 dated 15.01.2026), the application of the JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BUSINESS-LEASING" (No. 339 dated 21.01.2026), and the application of the JOINT-STOCK COMPANY UNION OF BOOKSTORES "UNLIB" (No. 371 dated 22.01.2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers were registered.

Based on the legal-material reports of the applicants, it is established that the implied administrative procedures are based on the same factual situation, the same legal basis, the same purpose, and are interconnected, which requires, pursuant to Article 44(4) and Article 80(1) of the Administrative Code, their consolidation and examination within a single administrative procedure.

Following the examination of the submitted applications regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Article 8(m), Article 18(3), Article 20(1) and (6), and Article 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The administrative procedures initiated on the basis of the application of the Joint-Stock Company for the production, collection, processing and servicing of agricultural production "COMPANIA BUGEAC", the application of the JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BUSINESS-LEASING", and the application of the JOINT-STOCK COMPANY UNION OF BOOKSTORES "UNLIB" are consolidated.

2. The securities previously issued by the following entities are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation: 2.1. The Joint-Stock Company for the production, collection, processing and servicing of agricultural production "COMPANIA BUGEAC" (IDNO 1024611004539), consisting of 368,862 ordinary registered shares, with the identification number MD14COMP1004; 2.2. THE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BUSINESS-LEASING" (IDNO 1003600050377), consisting of 10,000 ordinary registered shares, with the identification number MD14BSNL1004; 2.3. THE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY UNION OF BOOKSTORES "UNLIB" (IDNO 1003608001294), consisting of 17,255 ordinary registered shares, with the identification number MD14UNLB1003.

3. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, shall be published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
