On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova consolidates and approves the liquidation-based removal of securities from the official issuer register for three joint-stock companies. The Decision formally deletes 368,862 ordinary shares of "COMPANIA BUGEAC", 10,000 ordinary shares of "BUSINESS-LEASING", and 17,255 ordinary shares of "UNLIB" from the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling takes effect immediately upon adoption, allows a 30-day period for preliminary appeals, and requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's official website.
