The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has ordered the deletion of 55,000 ordinary shares issued by BASWOOL SA from the Register of Securities Issuers following the company's liquidation. This decision was made in response to a request submitted by the company's liquidator on March 27, 2026, citing relevant provisions of the Law on Joint-Stock Companies and the Law on the National Financial Market Commission. REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION April 7, 2026 No. 17/2 On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by BASWOOL SA Following the examination of the request of the liquidator of BASWOOL SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 2214 on March 27, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, under the authority of Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Articles 18 paragraph (3), 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instructions on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by BASWOOL SA (IDNO 1002600035801), consisting of 55,000 ordinary registered shares with the ISIN number MD14WOOL1002, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
