On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by BASWOOL SA
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has ordered the deletion of 55,000 ordinary shares issued by BASWOOL SA from the Register of Securities Issuers following the company's liquidation. This decision was made in response to a request submitted by the company's liquidator on March 27, 2026, citing relevant provisions of the Law on Joint-Stock Companies and the Law on the National Financial Market Commission.
